I recently stopped by Downing Jackson Apartments to gather some information, and the property manager was fantastic. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. She provided me with everything I needed to know to help with my apartment search.

It’s definitely a place I would recommend

When I first saw the apartment at downing I knew right away that this would be the home for me and my little one. Ashley has been so helpful understanding and patient to work with I couldn’t ask for a better property manager. With any problems that goes on she’s right on top of it and always on times. Hopefully I get spend a little more time here at downing but it’s definitely a place I would recommend.
